735.99 PENALTY.

Violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a third degree misdemeanor. Persons, firms, or corporations guilty of such violations shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for third degree misdemeanors.
