735.04 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS REQUIRED.

All gas and/or oil wells shall at all times comply with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code regarding such activities and with the rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas.
