735.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

All wells drilled after May 18, 1982 must first obtain a Conditional Use Permit as provided in Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code. Said wells shall be drilled, operated, and abandoned in compliance with the terms of said permit and the provisions of this chapter.
