553.06 WARNING REQUIRED SWITCHING OPERATION OVER GRADE CROSSING.
   No person or corporation controlling or being in charge of a railroad engine or train shall cause or permit the same to be engaged in switching operations over a grade crossing in the City without giving reasonable warning of the proposed movement of the engine or train by a brakeman, flagman, conductor or other person.
   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of this section, then violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
