735.10 PUBLIC NUISANCE.

In addition to and independent of any criminal penalties provided by this chapter, any parcel owner who conducts oil or gas well operations without full compliance with this chapter shall be fined the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day of such non-compliance.
