(a) No person under twelve (12) years of age shall be in or upon any public place during the period ending at 5:00 a.m. and beginning at 9:30 p.m. daily.
(b) No person between twelve (12) and sixteen (16) years of age shall be in or upon any public place during the period ending at 5:00 a.m. and beginning at 11:00 p.m. daily.
(c) No person between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age shall be in or upon any public place during the period ending at 5:00 a.m. and beginning at 12:00 midnight daily.
(d) Any minor violating this ordinance shall be guilty of an act of unruliness and shall be subject to the disposition alternatives set forth in Ohio R.C. 2151.354.
