4-8-13: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Person In Charge: It is unlawful for a person in charge of any place of employment or any public or other place subject to the regulations of this chapter to violate or knowingly permit to be violated the provisions of sections 4-8-3, 4-8-4, 4-8-5, 4-8-8, 4-8-9 and subsection 4-8-7A of this chapter. Violations thereof shall be punishable by a forfeiture of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus statutory court costs. No more than one penalty per day shall be imposed. If the person in charge has not previously received a warning notice, the law enforcement officer shall issue the person in charge a written warning notice and may not issue a citation.
   B.   Other Offenders: It is unlawful for any person, other than a person in charge of any place of employment or any public or other place subject to the regulations of this chapter, to violate the provisions of sections 4-8-3, 4-8-4, 4-8-5, 4-8-9 and subsection 4-8-7B of this chapter. Violations thereof shall be punishable by forfeiture of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus statutory court costs.
