4-8-9: RETALIATION PROHIBITED:

No person shall discharge, refuse to hire, refuse to serve or in any other manner retaliate against any employee, applicant for employment, customer, service user, business patron or any other person because that person exercises any rights afforded by this chapter. (Ord. 2006-16, 8-7-2006)
