7-4-6: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:
Violation of the provisions of this chapter and/or failure to comply with the regulations herein shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 241, 12-10-2012)
