7-4-4: ANIMALS IN THE CITY PARK:
   A.   Dogs running at large in the city park is prohibited. All dogs shall be on a leash and under the control of their owner. There are no "off leash" areas designated within the Melba City Park.
   B.   No person owning, harboring, controlling or keeping any dog shall permit the dog to deposit fecal material on any property unless the material is immediately removed and disposed of in the proper container.
   C.   Horses and/or other livestock are not permitted in Melba City Park. (Ord. 241, 12-10-2012)
