That certain documents, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Chief Building Official of the City of Medina, being marked and designated as the "International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition" as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Medina, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 1381.02.
