1380.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 1380.03(a), 1380.04(a) and/or 1380.05(a), (b), or (c) of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor. A fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) may be imposed. Each day during which noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate offense.
