Any person who files a compliant in any court of competent jurisdiction for foreclosure involving real property located within the City of Medina shall notify the City of the filing of the foreclosure complaint and shall file a complete copy of the foreclosure complaint with the Development Director/Building Official within thirty (30) days after filing of the complaint with the relevant court.
