1137.03 ACCESSORY USES.
   The following uses shall be permitted as accessory uses in the C-3 General Commercial District:
(a)   Accessory uses.
(b)   Car Wash for passenger vehicles if accessory to a motor vehicle filling station.
   (c)   Outdoor storage.
