921.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

In areas within the City limits not served by the Municipal water supply, all water wells will be constructed in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the County General Health District, and as amended at the time of the construction of the water well. (Ord. 88-66. Passed 11-28-66.)
