158.01 CREATION; MEMBERS; DUTIES.
   (a)   There is hereby created an Advisory Commission on Communication Enhancement Support Services (ACCESS).
 
   (b)   Said ACCESS Commission shall be composed of: Two members selected by Council, two members selected by the Medina City School District; and one member selected by the Medina Area Chamber of Commerce.
 
   (c)   The members of the Commission may select up to two additional members-at- large to serve on the Commission.
 
   (d)   Commission members shall serve for a term of two years after their appointment by Council.
 
   (e)   The initial duty of the Commission shall be to recommend to Council a job description for a Communications Coordinator.
 
   (f)   Thereafter, the Commission shall seek to fulfill those duties appropriate to its function as assigned by a concensus majority of the members of Council.
