3-3-5: LICENSE NONTRANSFERABLE:

The license provided for in this chapter shall not be transferable nor give authority to more than one person to conduct a business as an itinerant vendor, but any persons having obtained such license may have the assistance of one or more persons in conducting the business. (1987 Code § 9-205)
