DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
§ 38.01 ADOPTION OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES.
   The procedures in § 38.04 shall be the grievance procedures for anyone who believes he or she has been discriminated against by the city based on disability status, with respect to federally-funded programs.
