§ 38.30 CUMBERLAND VALLEY REGIONAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The city adopts the Cumberland Valley Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan as the official Hazard Mitigation plan of the city.
   (B)   The city vests the Cumberland Valley area development district with the responsibility, authority, and the means to:
      (1)   Inform all concerned parties of this action; and
      (2)   Develop an addendum to this Hazard Mitigation Plan if the jurisdiction’s unique situation warrants such an addendum.
   (C)   The city appoints the Cumberland Valley Regional Mitigation Council to assure the Hazard Mitigation Plan is reviewed according to the plan maintenance procedures in § 3.5 of the plan, and that any need adjustment to the plan be developed and presented to the county’s Local Mitigation Committee, and to the city, for consideration.
   (D)   The city agrees to consider any other official actions as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the objectives of the Cumberland Valley Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan of the city.
