(A) Local law enforcement officers and the County Administrator are authorized to enforce this chapter.
(B) The County Administrator and any investigator acting under the authority of the County Administrator shall have the full police powers of peace officers within the boundaries of the county. They, as well as any authorized law enforcement officer, may inspect any premises where alcoholic or beverages are manufactured, sold, stored, or otherwise trafficked without first obtaining a search warrant.

(A) The following penalties shall be in addition to any criminal prosecution instituted in McCracken District Court against an alleged violator and fines hereunder shall be payable to the County Administrator.
(1) The County Administrator may assess a civil fine, for a first time offender of not more than $500 per violation.
(2) For the second and each subsequent offense, the County Administrator may assess a civil fine of not more that $1,000 per violation.
(B) The payment of this fine shall be transmitted to the County Treasurer to be deposited in the appropriate designated account.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation that violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall, for the first offense be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $250 and incarceration in the county jail for a period not to exceed 45 days.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation that violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall, for the second and each subsequent offense shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $500 and incarceration in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days.
