§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   There is hereby added to this penalty the additional penalty of attorney’s fees incurred by the town if civil action through a court of competent jurisdiction is required in order to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

   (C)   Each day that a structure is in non-compliance with the provisions of § 150.02 shall constitute a separate violation of § 150.02, and each violation of § 150.02 shall be punishable by a fine of up to $2,500, plus any attorney’s fees incurred by the town in enforcing the terms of § 150.02.

   (D)   Each violation of § 150.03 shall be subject to a penalty of up to $2,500 for each violation.

   (E)   Any person or corporation in violation of § 150.04 may be punished, subject to the provisions of I.C. 36-1-3-8, specifically a fine of not more than $2,500 for violation of this section.
