(A) Attached as the format for the town’s occupancy permit release is Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived, and incorporated by reference herein, which shall be procured by each builder, developer or homeowner for each new structure within the town, before the town will notify the County Building Inspector that the structure meets the terms and conditions of the town overlay ordinance and all other town ordinances.
(B) Effective January 1, 2003, a charge of $50 shall be paid by each applicant to defray the cost and expense of inspecting the property and issuing the occupancy permit release form, which charge shall be paid at the same time as the builder, developer or homeowner applies for the issuance of a sewer permit.
(C) Effective January 1, 2003 if additional inspections are required because of non-compliance of the structure with the town overlay ordinance or any other town ordinance, each reinspection shall be done only after the builder, developer or homeowner has paid an additional $50 reinspection fee, which shall be paid for each reinspection required.
