(A) Parking fine. Pursuant to § 72.51 of this code, the penalty for all violations of all parking regulations, zones, and ordinances, where specific penalties are not otherwise set out, shall be $25 for each violation.
(B) Parking penalty. The minimum penalty for a violation of the provisions of Chapter 74, Schedule I of this code of ordinances shall be $25. The maximum penalty shall be as provided in Neb. RS 18-1741.02.
