§ 72.51 PARKING VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Violations of city parking regulations may be given notice in the form of an official Police tag attached to the motor vehicle of the violator, which notice may require the violator to appear forthwith at the Police Department. If the violator may fail to appear in response to the notice, within a period of 15 days and pay the penalty in full, a complaint may be filed and a summons to appear in court shall be issued to the violator for the violation.

   (B)   Any violator of any city parking regulations appearing as required by division (A) and desiring to plead guilty and waive court appearance shall sign a guilty plea and waiver of court appearance within 15 days of issuance, and shall pay to the city the sum set by resolution of the City Council and set out in Chapter 38, Fee Schedule, as penalty for the violation.
