§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 72.15 and 72.16 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (C)   For violations of §§ 72.45 through 72.47:

      (1)   Each calendar day during which a violation of this subchapter continues shall be deemed a separate and independent violation of this subchapter; and

      (2)   Any person who violates the provisions of this subchapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each such offense.

   (D)   For violations of the limited parking zones set forth in Chapter 76, Schedule II, any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of that schedule shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
