(A) Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 70.35 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
