1123.01 INTENT.

   Procedures are herein established for adopting the Subdivision Regulations by Council after public hearing and administering them thereafter by the Planning and Zoning Commission; and

   (a)    To relate the Subdivision Regulations to other Codes of the Municipality and to provide for their interpretation; and

   (b)    To provide for appeals for refusal of approval of a plan; and

   (c)    To provide procedures for the enforcement of the Subdivision Regulations, the construction of improvements and recording of plats, all consistent with Ohio laws and the Charter of the Municipality.
