1123.05 ADOPTION; AMENDMENTS TO SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.

   The adoption of and amendments to the Subdivision Regulations may be initiated by the Planning and Zoning Commission or Council. If initiated by Council, they shall be referred to the Commission, and after receiving recommendations thereon, the Commission shall hold a public hearing in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Zoning Code. If the amendment is approved by the Commission, Council may adopt the amendment by a majority vote, or, if such amendment is not approved by the Commission, it shall require a vote of five members of Council for adoption.

   After adoption, or amendment to the Regulations, a copy thereof shall be certified by the Commission or Council to the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
