1123.04 APPEALS.
A developer aggrieved by an action of the Planning and Zoning Commission in regard to refusal to approve a subdivision may, within sixty days after such refusal, appeal to the appropriate court to correct errors of law and/or questions of fact in accordance with Ohio R. C. 711.09.
