745.02 VENDING PLACES REGULATED.

   No person shall vend or peddle goods, wares or merchandise on the public streets, sidewalk or tree lawn:

   (a)    Within 1,000 feet of premises used for school or recreation purposes;

   (b)    Within 250 feet of any street intersection;

   (c)    On a through street;

   (d)    From the left side of a vehicle parked, stopped or standing on a public street;

   (e)    Before 11:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
