The following uses are permitted in a U-4 District:
(a) Banks, general offices, medical practitioners' offices, studios and telephone exchanges;
(b) Retail stores or shops for custom work or the making of articles to be sold only at retail on the premises;
(c) Restaurants, theaters and moving picture shows;
(d) Electrical substations;
(e) Job printing and newspaper printing;
(f) Wholesale sales offices or sample rooms;
(g) Central milk distribution stations, not including bottling or processing facilities;
(h) Service centers providing coin-operated machines for consumer use;
(i) Gasoline service stations, if they comply with the regulations set forth in Section 1171.08;
(j) Car washes, if they comply with the regulations set forth in Section 1171.09;
(k) Funeral homes if they comply with the regulations set forth in Section 1171.10;
(l) Motels and commercial hotels; and
(m) Automobile service facilities, if they comply with the regulations set forth in Section 1171.11.
