All car washes shall comply with the following supplemental regulations, which shall be in addition to all other regulations of this Zoning Code. In the event there is a conflict between these supplemental regulations and other portions of this Zoning Code, the regulations in this section shall govern.
(a) The location of a car wash shall have a minimum lot frontage of 150 feet and a depth of not less than 300 feet.
(b) All operations of a car wash shall be confined entirely to the interior of the building.
(c) An attendant shall be on duty during all hours of operations.
(d) All car washes shall have a separate entrance and exit.
(e) Automated, tunnel car washes shall have a minimum of eight stacking spaces for each vehicle entrance to the washing facility. Self-serve car washes shall have a minimum of two waiting spaces for each washing stall.
(f) Car washes may be combined on the same parcel as gasoline service stations when complying with the requirements of Section 1171.08.
