373.08 PARKING.

(a) No person shall park a bicycle or tricycle upon a sidewalk in such a manner as to interfere with pedestrian traffic or damage the property of another.

(b) No person shall park a bicycle or tricycle upon a roadway in such a manner as to interfere with vehicular traffic.
