(a) Whenever any person operates a bicycle or tricycle in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the bicycle or tricycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Division, such impoundment not to exceed five days.
(b) Whenever any bicycle or tricycle is found to be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the bicycle or tricycle may be impounded by any member of the Police Division, such impoundment not to exceed five days.
(c) A court may prohibit a violator of any of the provisions of this chapter from riding a bicycle or tricycle for a period of not more than three months.
(d) Any minor who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure.
