138.03 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of Administrative Assistant to the Division of Human Resources of the Department of Finance. The Administrative Assistant in the Division of Human Resources shall perform such administrative and clerical duties as may be prescribed or imposed by the Commissioner of Human Resources.
