There is hereby created in the unclassified service of the City, the position of secretary to the Department of Finance. Such secretary shall be responsible for all Department administrative and secretarial duties; shall prepare and type correspondence, documents and reports; shall perform scheduling, filing and record-keeping duties; shall receive and dispense information to the general public; shall answer and screen telephone calls and visitors; and shall perform such other duties and assume such other responsibilities as shall be designated by the Director of Finance.
