§ 34.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person to be found in violation of §§ 34.070 through 34.079, shall be assessed a fine in accordance with the general penalty of § 10.99 upon conviction.

(B) Any person to be found in violation of §§ 34.091 through 34.104, shall be assessed a fine in accordance with the general penalty of § 10.99 upon conviction.
