(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to encourage alarm users and alarm businesses to maintain the operational reliability and properly use alarm systems and to reduce or eliminate false alarm dispatches.
(B) This subchapter governs systems intended to summon Police and Fire Department response, and provides penalties for violations, and establishes a system of administration and appeal of process.
