§ 157.20 CITY COUNCIL.
   Sections 157.20 through 157.23 are concerned with the administration of the regulations contained herein.
   City Council administers regulations, exercises authority and fulfills responsibilities as required by these regulations. The city shall maintain all necessary records, administer the subdivision regulations, be the final authority in cases of appeal, and review the preliminary and final plat. Specifically, with regard to the recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding subdivision review, the role of the Council shall be to consider the proposal in regard to: the regulations and standards within these regulations; reports of other bodies and agencies as they pertain to design standards and specifications herein contained; all other city regulations and ordinances, state statutes and codes and federal codes and regulations deemed to be applicable minimum requirements in the interests of health, safety and convenience of the public of the city and not in conflict with the intent and purpose of these regulations.
