If any part of the platted land will not be served by a public sewer system, the Coles County Health Department shall review the preliminary and final plats of subdivision, and all related materials required by the regulations contained in this chapter. The Health Department shall approve in writing, and within 30 days from the time of receipt of the plat, the proposed sewage disposal system(s).
