§ 50.059 STREET CUT IN PERMANENT SURFACES.
   Where required to cross a concrete street to hook a building to a main sewer, the lateral shall be installed by boring or jacking. Any opening in any city right-of-way shall conform to the requirements in §§ 99.05 and 99.06.
