(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not otherwise provided herein, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 73.071 shall be fined a sum of not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each offense.
(C) Any person 18 years of age or older who violates any of the provisions of §§ 73.085 through 73.088 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. An offense committed by a minor under the direct control or with the consent of a parent or guardian may subject the parent or guardian to the penalties provided in this division (C).
