§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this code or other ordinance of this village for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $750 for each and every violation thereof, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   There is hereby imposed a fee of $20 for bail processing against any person arrested for violating a bailable village ordinance or a state or federal law. For purposes of this section, a BAILABLE OFFENSE shall include any offense for which a custodial arrest is made and the arrestee is brought to the Village Police Department and is subsequently released on bond at the Department station. This fee, however, shall not be charged to persons who are transported to the county jail due to their inability to post bond.
