§ 73.085 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR DRIVEN SCOOTER. Any electric or gas driven wheeled scooter, motor driven cycle or other similar motor driven vehicle for which the state does not issue a title document, and does not issue license plates or registration documents.
