§ 41.01 IMPOSITION OF FINES.

   In lieu of attendance at an adjudicatory hearing, the following fines are hereby imposed for violations of this village code and may be paid to the village in lieu of appearing before a Hearing Officer of the Ordinance Enforcement Department as established pursuant to Chapter 38, but only where payment is made no less than 48 hours prior to the date and time assigned for said adjudicatory hearing:
