(A) Unless otherwise permitted in this chapter, no vehicle of any kind shall be parked at any one place in a street for more than 48 consecutive hours.
(B) Unless otherwise permitted in this chapter, no vendor’s vehicle shall be parked at any one time in a street for more than ten minutes.
