§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense. Any person convicted of an offense for violating §§ 92.02, 92.04(B), 92.05, 92.11(B), 92.12, 92.18 or 92.20, in addition to other legal and equitable remedies available to the village, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $750. Any person convicted of an offense for violations of other sections of this chapter not listed above shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $750.
   (B)   Any person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation or provision of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and such person shall be punished accordingly.
   (C)   Violation notices for violations of this chapter shall be issued, served and resolved in accordance with the administrative adjudication of code violations system established pursuant to this code, or if brought before a court having jurisdiction of competent jurisdiction, pursuant to the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, Illinois Supreme Court having jurisdiction rules, and such other rules that might apply to such court having jurisdiction.
