§ 1301.03 CONFLICT BETWEEN ZONING AND BUILDING CODES.

In the event that any of the provisions of the codes adopted by §§ 1301.01 and 1301.02 as to height, area or separation of buildings are at variance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance enacted by Council, then, if more restrictive, the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance shall apply.
