(a) Rates established. There are hereby established the rates for daily admissions and memberships for use of the Mason Community Center. The fees shall be as established and set forth in the fee schedule in Part One - Title Eleven, Chapter 205 of these codified ordinances. The amount of the fees shall be as set by ordinance from time to time.
(b) Rules and regulations. The City Manager, or his or her designee, is hereby empowered to adopt and promulgate and to enforce rules and regulations relating to any matter or thing pertaining to the use, admission and membership for the Mason Community Center, including provisions establishing and maintaining a membership loyalty program and the establishment of other periodic specials and discounts as warranted based on market conditions and competition.
(c) Effective date. The fees shall be applicable toward any passes and memberships purchased on or after October 1, 2010, and on renewals of passes expiring after October 1, 2010.
(d) Annual adjustment. Beginning, January 1, 2012, the rates established by this section shall be adjusted, effective January 1 of each year, by a cost of living factor to be determined by Council on an annual basis. An adjusted annual rate schedule shall be posted at the Community Center and made available upon request.
