The following schedule is a list of fees and charges for various services, licenses and permits for the city. Effective January 10, 2023, unless otherwise authorized through separate legislation by City Council, the fees listed below are subject to annual COLA increases. Annual COLA increases are determined by the Finance Committee as part of the budget process.
